At the Walmart yesterday.

Only Erin wanted to get her picture taken with these characters. Emmy just clung to my leg.

Erin has always loved the Star Wars movies.

Fort Bridger 2011

We had a great time at the rendezvous this year. We got an awesome camping spot next to a little "forest" that the kids loved to play in. The weather was really good for Wyoming, and we had some good friends join us.

2011 Corn

 Our little garden gave us some yummy corn this year.

Emmy and I husked a five gallon bucket worth.

When we finished we got about 21 cups of corn. MMMmm.

2011 Beets

Bottling beets is a whole lot of work. But they sure are pretty!

Bud gave me a 5 gallon bucket of beets again this year.....

And after 8 hours of work, I bottled 24 pints and 4 quarts.

Emmy helped out too. She loved eating the beets as I cut them up.
